  • What is CaixaConfirming?

    CaixaConfirming is a service offered by "la Caixa", consisting of the management of a company’s payments to its suppliers. CaixaConfirming notifies the suppliers of the payment orders, offering them the option to have the payment advanced, without recourse for non-payment and without banking paperwork.

  • What is Línea Abierta?

    Línea Abierta is the Internet distance banking service offered by "la Caixa".

  • Where can I view the welcome letter code?

    The code is located in the text of the welcome letter. See an example.

  • Where can I consult the details on an invoice?

    On any invoice you have issued to your customer. This information is included in our invoice payment notification.

  • What should the access code (PIN) look like?

    It should be a six-figure numerical code. Remember that this is a confidential number to be used exclusively by you.

  • Which telephone number should I give?

    Give the telephone number of the department in your company responsible for managing the collection of invoices.

    This will make it much easier if we need to contact you.

    Give the e-mail address of department in your company responsible for managing the collection of invoices. This will make it much easier if we need to contact you.

  • If I forget my PIN, can I retrieve it?

    You will find direct access for recovery of codes in the CaixaConfirming portal. If you want, you can access here.

  • What can I do in Línea Abierta?

    In Línea Abierta, as well as advancing the payments pending from CaixaConfirming, you can also consult the payments already received, the invoices sent to your customer or the details on an invoice.

  • What should I do if I haven’t received the welcome letter?

    You must contact the CaixaConfirming Customer Care Centre:

    • 902 113 631 if you call within Spain

    • +34 93 513 31 81 if you call from outside Spain.

  • I would like to be able to use all aspects of Línea Abierta.
